RETURN GUIDELINES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your product(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. Before sending your return, please contact our team to receive an authorized return label. Unopened products are eligible for a full refund. Products that have been opened, used, or partially used are not eligible for a refund.

Please contact support@prolubeoil.com for questions relating to your product return. All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

CANCELLATIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS

You may contact us to cancel or edit your order before its fulfilled (We process all orders Mon-Fri beginning at 6:00 am EST). This excludes any and all rush orders.

TO EDIT AN ORDER: Contact us and we will record the changes for you and send a conﬁrmation email once the order has been adjusted.
